Tasty Food, Long waiting time, Needs Better Ordering Options Sam’s Club Cafe offers some seriously affordable food, and the 4-meat pizza is especially delicious. One nice addition is their slushies, though they do seem to run out of certain soft drinks. Unfortunately, a big downside is that they don’t accept Scan & Go through the app of online orders—it shows everything as sold out. As a result, everyone has to wait in line, which can be a hassle. I ended up waiting for 30 minutes just for a quick bite. It’s frustrating, especially when you’re just looking for something fast. I hope they bring back the Scan & Go option for online orders soon, as it would make the whole experience a lot smoother and faster.

Typical ordinary low cost place. Food is cheap and quality is poor, unlike those in Costco. Service poor. Servers are in for the salary only and not to really work for it.

Did scan and go for the first time and unfortunately it is worse than the regular line. I waited for my pizza 1hr and 25mins what worse is that everyone is getting their order ahead of me. Given the fact that I lined up with the regular pickup and they already noted my order. Will never use scan and go at the Cafe again. They said nobody was monitoring it!
